Meet the Team

Dinesh Diar: His career began in Canada where he studied television broadcasting and graduated with an honours degree in film. Over the years, Dinesh has worked extensively both in Canada and South Africa. In Canada, he worked with the group “Broadcasting for International Understanding”, which produced documentaries on third world issues. Back on home soil, Dinesh is best known for his achievements as executive producer of Morning Live on SABC 2, but he has also produced other television shows such as “E-Files”, the first ever current affairs show on etv, and “Lifestyle Matters”, a lifestyle magazine show for Woolworths on SABC 3. Dinesh has also interviewed top celebrities from around the world, including Diana Ross, Bon Jovi, Deff Leppard and Crosby Stills,  to name a few. He has spent the last few years within the Primedia group heading up their AV division. 

Elaine Fifield: Elaine, as the Final Cut Pro editor in our team, specialises in video and graphics. Qualified with a higher diploma in Visual Communication from the Open Window School of Visual Communication, she has nine years of editing experience. 

Victor Jacobs: A graphics, motion and 3D designer, Victor works both in the 2^nd and 3^rd dimensions and specialises in finding solutions to creative challenges and bridging fantasy into reality. With a graphic design diploma and five years of experience in the design industry, he is currently furthering his studies in character animation and continuously seeks to evolve his skills in film and visual effects.

Anthony Mearns: Our sound engineer, Anthony, has an advanced diploma in sound engineering and his years of experience in the industry spans a number of international and local studios and record labels. His extensive expertise ranges from multi-track recording using both analogue and digital recording systems, music recording and production, audio post for film and television, surround sound, sound design, foley and radio. In addition to his ability to create, scrutinise, critique, modify, shape and control sound, Anthony’s passion is to “enjoy and rejoice in the quality and experiences of sound”.

Danny Raducanu: Danny is our compositing artist/editor and he has been working in the industry for four years. His passion lies in bringing the visual world “to life”, and he aims to individualise every part of the creative process with his own unique approach, from conceptualisation to creation. He enjoys the dynamism and changing trends of the production industry and learning new skills and tricks to keep up with these changes. “I do what I love and I love what I do”, he says.
