Ronald Henry (Nat. Dip Photographic Technology) CEO

Ronald’s key strengths lie in his knowledge of the technology and the intellectual capital on the workings of digital media.  Ronald has been involved in various forms of media for over 15 years and is at the forefront in terms of the application of technology to facilitate digital media distribution and exhibition. 

Colleen Henry – (BCom) CFO

Colleen manages all the financial and management accounting aspects of the business. In addition, Colleen operates as general manager and assumes responsibility for the day-to-day operational management of the company. 

Ashendra Singh (BSc and HDip) COO

Ash is responsible for all software architecture and development. He has extensive knowledge and experience in the very specialised filed of digital media distribution and exhibition and has been at the forefront of development and design work in this area. Ash is also responsible for all support and operational systems both for Spectrum and our clients. 

Dinesh Diar (BA Hons. Film) CCO

Dinesh is responsible for all content production and creation at Spectrum.  He has extensive experience in Television production as well as having worked as an independent producer for SABC and ETV. 

Manny Teixeira BCom(Law) MBA(Wits/Duke University) Non-Exec.

Manny is responsible for the general management, financial structuring and strategy of the company. He has had significant experience in setting up new business divisions for two of South Africa’s largest companies.  Manny’s background in strategy and corporate finance has given him a strong understanding of what makes a company successful and sustainable. 

Grant Neill – Sales and Product Manager - Display Systems

Grant has over 20 years of experience in the audio-video industry with the last 10 years being focussed on the professional audio-video services and events market, dealing with all of the aspects related to video processing and exhibition be it through projectors, LCD/plasma panels or LED displays. Grant also has extensive experience in the video conferencing and call centre markets. In this regard Grant has worked with a number of large projects and clients including Maropeng, Development Bank of SA and Eskom.
